I'm a hotmail user.  Where's my kit?

Hotmail almost always sends our emails to your junk folder.  In 99% of cases you have already received your kit.  Please search your junk folder for emails from 'info@easynamechange.com.au'.

If you still can't find the email we can regerate the email from an alternate address, however YOU MUST FIRST add domains '@easynamechange.com.au' and '@wiredliving.com.au' to your safe list.

My PDF's are blank

When you open any of our PDF's they may appear blank, however we have never once sent blank PDFs.  There are two possible causes.

1) You are not running the latest Adobe reader.  Click here to get the free reader for Mac or PC.

2) Mac user?  PDFs may appear blank if you use the previewer.  Please ensure you fully open the PDF in Adobe.

My PDFs are incomplete

When opening company files, some PDFs will only have address fields completed, where other documents contain entire letters or faxes.    Any documents that only contain an address are mailing slips.  Where a company requires you to send a form by mail, we provide a matching mailing slip that is preformatted to use with a window envelope.  We always recommend printing the Easy Name Change Checklist first, as it will clarify which documents go together and what each company's name change procedure is.

I don't know how to open the attachment

Your kit may contain 10-30 different files, so we bundle them all into a single attachment using Winzip.  Almost all computers include an unzipping program.  Double click or right click the attachment and chose to extract or save the file to your desktop.  If you don't have an unzipping program you can download a trial version of Winzip for free.

I need to make changes to my kit

Easy Name Change kits are a once off purchase. Once they have been emailed your transaction is considered completed.  Some customers who enter data incorrectly often only notice after checkout.  If you need to make any changes, such as the spelling or order of your name/s, postal address, date on letters, or need to add more companies, you can make these changes for a $10 admin fee.  Simply log back in with the same username and password, make the changes and then enter promo code FIXUP.

If you need to change your email address or need to make changes to a premium kit, then please contact us regarding the change.  Simply reply to any email from Easy Name Change, or click here.  There is a $20 charge for changes to premium kits as they are re-printed and posted.  If your change is minor you may consider simply crossing out the error and handwriting it onto each printed letter - companies will accept these amended letters.
