Have your ordered an Easy Name Chnage kit but you are still waiting for it?

Hotmail users

Non delivery to hotmail accounts is our number one complaint.  Chances are your kit was diverted to your junk folder.  Please check your junk folder for emails from info@easynamechange.com.au.  If you still can't find your kit please email us at this address and provide an alternate email address, such as a partner or relative, and we can forward your kit on.

Waiting for a hard copy by post?

Please note only the $69.95 premium kit is sent by snail mail.  All other kits are only delivered by soft copy.  If you ordered a standard personalised kit ($29.95) you can upgrade to a premium kit by paying the difference.  Contact gen@easynamechange.com.au if you want to upgrade.

Waiting for the email with your kit?

Soft copy kits are dispatched within 15 minutes of payment.  If you don't recall seeing the email run a search for mail received from 'info@easynamechange.com.au'.  Chances are your kit was already sent so check all mail folders, including your junk email.

Still can't find it?

If you're still scratching your head trying to figure out what happeed to your kit enter your email address in the box below and your Easy Name Change kit will be regenerated.  Be sure to add 'orders-au@wiredliving.com.au' and'info@easynamechange.com.au' to your safe list so our emails are not diverted to junk folders.
