How Do I Notify Companies of My New Name?

Each organisation sets their own procedures and policies around clients changing names.  They can dictate what documents will be accepted as evidence of your new name.  The organisation will also have a preferred method of accepting your name change request.

If you want to manage the name change process yourself you should call every organisation where you have an account or membership and ask how to change names.  They will explain both the documents needed, and how your name change request should be submitted.
