There are a number of ways you can change your name with Educators Credit Union. If you live in the local area, attend any branch with your original certificate and updated photo ID. Bank staff will witness your new signature and update your record on the spot.
If you do not live in the area you may instead send the Easy Name Change fax (if you can find a fax machine!). Be sure the fax cover sheet is signed with your old and new signatures where indicated. Include copies of your proof of name change (eg: marriage certificate or court order) as well as updated photo ID.
