Start by updating your SSA and photo ID
- Ensure you start by updating your name with the SSA. We recommend filing the SSA name change form in person so that you don’t need to mail in original identity documents.

- Wait for your updated photo ID to be received, then make a copy and send it together with your proof of name change (marriage certificate or court order) and the Suncoast Credit Union name change form.
