I Need to Make Changes to My Kit

Need to add more companies? Change spelling? Change the date on your letters? No matter if it is a small or major change, we charge a flat $5 administration fee to reset your account so you can make any necessary changes and check out a replacement print-at-home kit. No charge for premium kit customers if the kit has not been dispatched, otherwise there is a $20 fee to regenerate and post a premium kit. We don’t make a profit on these fees – they simply cover our time and labour to make changes to your account.

Print at home kits (emailed)

Contact customer service so we can reset your account! We charge a $5 admin fee for changes. Your account will be reset and we will provide a unique $5 checkout code, so that you can make changes and finalize a new version of your kit whenever convenient. We recommend changes are made within 3 months of your order as all your company selections and form data will still be live in your profile. This information is securely deleted 90 days from when you register with us.

Print & post kits

Notify us as soon as possible! If your kit has not been printed we can reset your account free of charge. Make any necessary changes and finalize your kit. If your order has already been dispatched, we charge $20, which covers the cost of postage, labour, and materials. We do not make a profit on account reset charges.

You can make your own changes

It is simple to make any kind of changes yourself, no matter how minor or significant. You may want to change the order of your names, mailing address or the date on your letters. Simply cross out the incorrect information in pen and handwrite the correct information alongside. All organizations will still accept your requests.
