Our customers register on our system for free, then select who they need to notify of their new name.  Upon payment, we send personalized name change kits by email or post. If that organization requires an email, letter or form to be sent, we provide it pre-addressed and in the customer’s name.  In most cases, they can just sign and send!
If any selected organizations have a special name change form, we’ll also provide it.  We also create a personalized checklist that contains all the organizations selected by the customer and summarizes the procedure the customer should follow.
